Diploma in Finance and Business Management in Russian.
What are the benefits of this new qualification:
1) Exams are taken in Russian, and textbooks and problem sets are also in Russian.
2) Those who pass the DipIFR are exempt from one of the seven exams in this qualification.
3) Exams taken in Russian (meaning all seven exams) provide exemption from nine ACCA exams, which are taken in English. You only need to pass the remaining four exams in English to earn the full ACCA Chartered Accountant certificate.
Exams are taken twice a year, in June and December.
What are these 7 exams:
Introduction to Finance and Business Management
Financial Reporting (exemption if you have a DipIFR)
Business Performance Management
Financial Management
Audit and Related Services
Taxation in the Russian Federation
Corporate Law
Costs of taking exams, including courses at EFB Consulting:
1) Textbooks
2) Study Course
3) Cost of initial ACCA registration and each exam

2) Educational process.
We offer two exam preparation options:
- Standard option – 4 months, 2 lessons per week, 2 hours each = 1,280 manat
- Intensive option – 3 months, 3 lessons per week, 2 hours each = 1,440 manat.
If a course participant is not exempt from any exam, they will take all 7 exams, and their study costs will be 7 exams at 1,280 manat = 8,960 manat.
If an exemption from the "Financial Reporting" exam is available, then 6 exams at 1,280 manat = 7,680 manat.
Payment can be made separately for each exam. Monthly installments are available for those paying for the exam themselves. Typically, preparation for one exam, excluding the "Financial Reporting" exam, takes 3-4 months. If your company is paying for the course, the entire exam preparation fee must be paid upfront.
Courses are held individually for each participant online. The first lesson is a trial lesson, so participants can see that an individual online lesson is even better than an in-person lesson in the traditional format.
3) ACCA initial registration fee and each exam fee.
The fee is constantly changing, so you can check ACCA's current prices at this link.

As of 2026:
Initial registration: £89 (approximately 203 manat)

However, there is no annual subscription fee for the first year.
